Ahh I’m getting sick of wearing jeans! Winter has definitely overstayed it’s welcome. But that’s okay, this season I’ve learned the wonders of tights. From shorts to dresses, I’ve worn it all, while still staying comfortable and warm. So take that winter!

There is something about this winter that has made me want to wear skirts and dresses. I guess my more girly side is finally coming out, but I’m not really complaining. But I definitely won’t be throwing out my flats anytime soon. Actually this winter seems to have been filled with a lot of changes. I’ve rediscovered old passions and also found some new ones. It’s been an amazing time of reflection and growth. I’ve been able to enjoy the little moments, as well as the amazing people in my life. I like to think of winter as bittersweet. Although it brings in harsh weather it’s also a time of reflection, bonding with family and friends and trying new things. I know I’ve talked about some changes I’m planning to be making. And besides busting out my leather jacket again, one of them is I’m in the process of rebranding! I’m so excited and will to be sure to share some of that process on the blog! So until then I’m taking the time to enjoy the bittersweet moments that winter brings. I guess this year I’m actually enjoying winter, who knew!

So, as I am about to head off to a meeting with a potential client, I thought I would do a quick outfit post of what I might were to a meeting. I am not really a suits type of person. Although, I do love blazers. Which I would throw on now and then with an outfit like this. But usually I go for comfort, color and what represents me!

The fact that it’s December and I am able to wear a skirt and a short sleeve shirt without being cold is unreal! 67 degrees is so unheard of. Although I know it won’t be long till it gets to -10 degrees and little white specks called snow hit the ground. So for now I’m going to enjoy every last moment of this unusual weather because I know it won’t last forever.
